NEIGHBORHOOD NEWS

The 2024 PBN HOA Board is currently working to:

• Provide modern updated website. 
• Provide an online dues payment option. 
• Update HOA covenants.

        During the 2023 Annual meeting a majority of members present requested that the Board look into restricting                  short term rentals. Based on that request, the Board collected and reviewed current covenants. After review, legal            counsel was hired to draft amended covenants and provide instructions for holding a binding vote.
        The Board is currently preparing for a vote. They will present the requested amendments and details to                              PBN members and host a formal vote in the future.
